Meeting Arrangements

Initial consultations can be conducted at our Clifton office, at a location convenient to you in Bristol, or via video call for those currently outside the city.

Consultations typically last 45-60 minutes and cover your requirements in detail, our service approach, and recommended next steps. There is no charge for initial consultations.

Office Location

Our office is situated in Clifton, Bristol's most distinguished neighbourhood. The location is easily accessible via public transport and parking is available on nearby streets.

From Bristol Temple Meads station, Clifton is approximately 15 minutes by taxi or 25 minutes via bus routes 8 or 9.

Response Times

We aim to respond to all email inquiries within one business day. During particularly busy periods in the rental market, typically August through October, response times may extend to 48 hours.
